All products, resources, and materials available through Mai Rei are digital products delivered electronically.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once access has been provided, the product has been delivered, or the materials have been downloaded.
Returns & Refunds
Digital products, workbooks, guides, personalized resources, digital Reiki art, Light Language prints, and other digital materials are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery.
Personalized Products
Personalized products and resources are created specifically for each customer and, due to their custom nature, are not eligible for returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing a product or do not receive the materials you purchased, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access to your purchased product or resolve any delivery-related technical issues.
